Welcome to QuickCall, a product owned and operated by Bowery Digital LLC ("Bowery Digital", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickCall website and any associated services (collectively, the "Services").

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
